Omg flew into Christchurch today into horrible turbulence and usually I am quite a fearful flier and dent jaden leg or hands from squeezing and digging nails in. Today I tried something different. Closed my eyes and repeated I am calm, I am at peace over and over and focussed on breathing and overcame the fear! That’s you, baby! Thank you
